TERMS & CONDITIONS
- We will identify and provide compatible candidates as per your organization's requirement(s) in different disciplines and positions.
- You will compensate us, as professional / service charges, @ 8.33% on annual salary package CTC (cost to company) amount of each candidate selected by your organization on appointment, which includes 30 days Basic Salary+ HRA+ other allowances= (CTC). Service tax will be charged extra @ 10.30% or as applicable.
- In case, you ease your tensions by advertising through us and let us handle the tedious job of processing the response and sort listing the candidates for you, our charges would be @ 8.33% on annual salary package CTC (cost to company), selected by you + the actual expenses incurred on advertisement on cost to cost basis.
- All payments will be settled maximum within one month or as early as possible from the date of joining of the candidate.
- We will provide you free replacement for the candidate, who leaves of his / her own, within a period of three months from the date of joining. Also if the candidate is terminated by you only within 15 days of his/her joining and not after fifteen days, we will provide you with a free replacement.
- We will be edntitled to payment of the candidate even if the appointment is made anytime within a year of the time after our first introduction of the candidate to you.
- The time frame for free replacement will be of 30 days from the date of informing us or, else the amount charged there-of shall be refunded to you.
- The payment will be charged by Cheque / DD (payable at Ghaziabad) in favour of “TARGET JOB CONSULTANTS”.
- A duly countersigned and sealed copy of this letter will consolidate a valid contract with you.
